JN v Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
We represented a young boy who suffered from cerebral palsy. The Defendant admitted liability and the claim was settled without going to court. The compensation agreed was in excess of £12 million, with a lump sum of £5.95 million and periodical payments of over £100,000 for the rest of his life.
AOC v London North West University NHS Foundation Trust

KNC v Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust We helped a young boy who suffered cerebral palsy at birth. The claim settled for a total of £25 million, consisting of a lump sum and periodical payments.
